【Xbox最新機種】Xbox Series Xのスペックが凄い！専用タイトルだけでもワクワクが止まらない件

 

マイクロソフト（Microsoft）がXboxシリーズの最新機種である、

「Xbox Series X」

（エックスボックス シリーズ エックス）

を2020年の年末発売を目処に開発していると発表しました！

 

現在国内はPlayStationの方が優勢ですが、マイクロソフトは巻き返しを図るために超高性能な最強のXboxを投入するようです！

そこで今回はXbox Series Xのスペックや長所などを現在判明している限りご紹介します。

現在分かっている特徴

 

Xbox Series XはXbox One Xの4倍の処理能力を持ち、8Kや可変リフレッシュレート(VRR)に対応するとのことです！

 

CPU（SoC）にはAMDの最新Zen2、GPUは次世代RDNAを搭載するとの事なので、下手にゲームPCを組むより何倍も安く高性能なゲーム環境を作り出すことが出来る模様です。

 

またマイクロソフトが特許を取得している可変レートシェーディングテクノロジーと次世代SSDを搭載すると発表しています。

 

これにより読み込み時間をこれまでよりずっと速くする、

（「ロード時間を実質なくす」と言っています）ことができ、ストレスなく次世代のゲーム表現力を楽しむことが出来るとのこと！

 

現在のゲーム機でもかなりリアルですが、さらに美しく表現豊かな世界を体験できそうですね！

 

他にもAuto Low Latency Mode（ALLM）やDynamic Latency Input（DLI）など表現力を高めるだけでなく、遅延を最小限にする機能がいくつも搭載される予定です。

 

対戦ゲームでは遅延が命取りとなるので、より熱い闘いが繰り広げられることになりそう。

 

ディスクのスロットインらしきものも見られます。

下位機種4世代と互換あり！

Xbox Series Xは下位機種4世代と互換性を持たせると発表しています！

 

個人的にはこれがとても大きいように感じました。

 

XBOXシリーズは意外と専用タイトルが多く、XBOX360は持っていたけど、XBOX ONEのソフトは遊べていないという人も多いハズ。

 

ギアーズオブウォーやHaloを遊び倒そう！

例えば大人気シリーズギアーズオブウォーは4や5が専用タイトルとなっています。

 

専用タイトルの中でも屈指の人気ソフトなので遊んでいない方には超オススメ！

またHaloは初期4作品をリマスター化した「The Master Chief Collection」や「Halo 5: Guardians」がすでに発売済なので、新しい気持ちでプレイするのもアリです。

 

特にHaloはXbox Series Xで最新作「Halo Infinite」が発売すると決まっているので、ファンの方も、これから改めてHALOを始めたい人にもちょうどいいタイミングだと思います。

個人的には圧倒的な表現力とビジュアルで洋ゲー好きを唸らせた「Hellblade」の最新作「Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II」の発売が決まっているのも気になるところ。

 

正直、パソコンをアップグレードしてゲームするのはお金がかかりすぎるので、Xbox Series Xを買おうかなと考えています。（笑）

Xbox Series Xの発売日は2020年のホリデーシーズン（年末）を予定しているとのことです。

 

価格については発表されていませんが、現行機種のXBOX ONE Xの新品価格を考えると4～5万円あたりに落ち着くのではないかと思います。

ゲーム好きがXbox Series Xに最も期待することは、PlayStationとは全く違う専用タイトルがどのくらいあるかだと思います。

 

すでに発表しているゲームタイトルやこれまでの専用タイトル、Xbox Series Xの性能をみると、FPSなどのリアルタイムで進行する対戦ゲームに力を入れる模様なので、FPS好きは買いかも！

 

ゲーム機のスペック競争もそろそろ終わり、クラウドゲームにシフトしていくかとも思いましたが、まだまだスペックは追い求めるようですね！
